This step happens just once but it sets the foundation for a great partnership. It’s all about getting to know you and how to best serve your needs. During this phase, we’ll add you to our system and gather key details to ensure we're ready to tackle your current and future projects.

Artwork

Got a design ready? Send over your original artwork files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf). No design? No problem! Ideas can be brought to life, or original art can be created just for you. Let’s make something amazing!

Decoration

Choose your print style—screen printing, embroidery, or anything in between. Your design will be brought to life with vibrant detail!

Product

Not sure which products to choose? Recommendations are available for the perfect fit for your design, or explore a full range of options. From tees and hoodies to hats and more, there’s a product lineup ready to bring your design to life!

Proofs

Before printing, a proof will be sent to ensure everything looks perfect. Need changes? No problem—adjustments can be made until it’s just right.

Drop in your ideas, apparel choices, and decoration details—then hit ‘GO.’ From there, proofs are carefully crafted to ensure your design is ready to shine.

Ordering, Payment, Delivery Policies

  • We’ve got options for every project, big or small. Here’s the breakdown:

    • Screen Print: Minimum order of 30 pieces

    • Hat Decorations or Embroidery: Minimum order of 24 pieces

    • Stickers: Minimum order of 50 pieces

  • Give a ring and the process will be walked through, questions answered, and your order started right over the phone. Let’s make it happen!

  • 100% payment is required upfront to start your order. Once payment is received, production will begin!

  • You can easily pay online via credit card through our Printavo system. Prefer to pay by check? Please mail it to PO Box 1344, Winthrop, WA, 98862.

  • You are covered when it comes to shipping! Here’s the scoop:

    • Free Shipping: If you’re located in Eastern Washington, we’ll cover the shipping costs for you!

    • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary depending on your order and location, but we’ll keep you updated along the way.

    • Rush Orders: Need it faster? We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee—just let us know!
