Ordering, Payment, Delivery Policies

    • Screen Print: Minimum order of 30 pieces

    • Hat Decorations or Embroidery: Minimum order of 24 pieces

    • Stickers: Minimum order of 50 pieces

  • 100% payment is required upfront to get the ball rolling on your order. Once payment is received, production begins!

  • You can easily pay online via credit card through our Printavo system. Prefer to pay by check? Please mail it to PO Box 1344, Winthrop, WA, 98862.

  • You are covered when it comes to shipping! Here’s the scoop:

    • Free Shipping: If you’re located in Eastern Washington, we’ll cover the shipping costs for you!

    • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary depending on your order and location, but we’ll keep you updated along the way.

    • Rush Orders: Need it faster? We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee—just let us know!

Artwork

  • When we create custom artwork for your project, you’ll own the rights to use it on the products we produce for you. If you’d like to use the artwork elsewhere, we can discuss transferring full ownership or licensing it for additional uses—just let us know, and we’ll make it easy!

  • Absolutely! We’ll send you a digital proof of your design before anything goes to print. This is your chance to review and make sure everything looks perfect. Once you give us the green light, we’ll work our magic and bring your vision to life!

  • No artwork? No problem! Our talented design team loves a blank canvas. Whether you have a rough idea or just need us to work some creative magic, we’re here to help. Let’s bring your vision to life and create something you’ll love!

  • We’re all about that crisp, clean print! To make your design look its best, we need your artwork in one of the following formats: .ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf (vector files are our best friends). If you’re unsure about your file type, don’t worry—send it our way, and we’ll help you figure it out!

Apparel & Products

  • You bet! As long as the design stays the same, you can mix and match different styles, colors, and sizes without worrying about pricing changes. All items with the same design will fall under the same pricing break, so feel free to customize your order to suit your needs.

  • Yes! We can definitely provide samples. We can ship them directly to you, or if you're local, feel free to stop by and check out some of our favorite products that we keep on hand. We want you to be 100% sure about your choices before you commit!

  • Yes, we do have minimum order quantities for certain items:

    • 30 pieces for screen printing

    • 24 hats for decoration or embroidery

    • 50 stickers
